Opal Customer Care

We welcome your comments and suggestions. If you have sent us online feedback or an enquiry, we will aim to resolve your request within 48 hours. When further investigation is required, feedback will be escalated, monitored and referred to a Senior Customer Service Representative, who will aim to resolve your feedback and advise on the outcome.

Registered Opal card holders

If your Opal card is registered, log into your Opal account and select the "Opal account enquiries" tab to submit your feedback or enquiry. As your feedback or enquiry is linked to your Opal account, it will take you less time to receive a response from us.

Unregistered Opal card holders

If your Opal card is unregistered, complete the form below to submit your feedback or enquiry. Please make sure you provide your contact details so that Opal Customer Care can contact you.
